确定重庆市的产业发展重点时,应把既能推动经济高速增长,又能与生态环境相协调的产业纳入优先发展领域;同时,要实施产业援助与扶植政策,援助一些劳动密集型的传统产业以减轻就业压力,扶植具有秉赋优势的产业为新的经济生长点;大力支持瓶颈产业及有助于产业资源开发与产业总体配置协调的产业。

It is imperative to give priority to those industrial departments that not only make economic growth at top speed, but also coordinate with ecosystem and/or environment, foster those industrial department that have potential superiority as new economic growth point, and support the bottle-neck industries.
