摘要
分析了我国高等教育改革的方向和高校面对的挑战与契机,针对重庆的战略定位论述了新形势对重庆高等教育的新要求。
The paper analyzes the course of higher education reform in our country and the challenges and opportunities the colleges and universities face. In'view of Chongqing's strategic orientation, it discusses the new requirements for Chongqing's higher education under the new circumstance.
