摘要
在女少年蹼泳运动进行12周持续训练期间,应用血尿素、血乳酸变化特点与规律,科学地评定少年蹼泳训练的运动量,强度和身体机能状况,及时反馈、调控训练计划。结果表明:通过应用血尿素、血乳酸指标来分析持续训练期间运动员机能状态,运动量大小及运动负荷适应性处切实可行的;持续训练法不但对女少年蹼泳运动员的有氧耐力水平提高有明显效果,而且对其速度力量素质也有显著改善。
During the twelve weeks of training of female juvenileweh swimmers, the work load, intensity and the state of body functions ofchildren's web swimming training were scientifically assessed for timelyfeedback and the regulation of the training plan by applying the characteristicsand laws of changes in blood carbamide and blood lactic acid, It has beenshown in the results that it is practicable to analyze the state of functions,and the adaptability to the exercise load and intensity of swimmers duringsustainod. training by adopting the indices of blood carbamide and bloodlactic acid; the method of sustained training not merely produces apparenteffects on the enhancement of the aearobic endurance in girl web swimmers,but also remarkably improvcs thcir fitness of speed and strength.
