摘要
运用Ｃｙｂｅｘ３５０型测力系统对国家女子体操队队员的下肢力量进行测试，并对个体之间进行了比较，指出了各种力量素质的差异，从而为科学的监控训练及有的放矢地进行力量训练提供科学的依据。
The authors have tested the leg strength of the national women gymnasts by cybex 350 model strength test system,and compared the individuals, they pointed out the difference of various strength quality and provided scientific basis for supervising the training scientically and do strength training on purpose.
