本文主要针对在市场经济不断发展，体育改革日益深入的形势下，优秀运动队思想教育管理工作中所面临的新问题进行分析，并根据新形势提供的有利条件，就如何解决这些问题提出对策、设想。

This thesis analyses the new problems faced by the excellent sports teams in the situation with continuous develpment of the market economy and daily deepening of sports information, and puts forward the author's countermeasures to solve the problems according to the favorable conditions provided by the preseat new situation.
