摘要
短跑运动是一个科学性很强的项目,科研人员一直不断研讨新的训练途径和方法。本文通过多年的实验与重复实验研究,说明气功结合短跑训练,可以有效地提高短跑运动员的放松能力;有效地促进训练后的疲劳消除;有效地改善神经和生理机能,从而提高短跑成绩。并对以上结论进行了理论分析。
Short-distance running is a very synthetic subject. The researchers have been searching for new training ways and methods. Through many years' experiment and study,the author has got the following results:Applying Qigong in short-distance running training can improve runners' relaxation ability effectively; promote the fatigue recovery after training effectively; improve psychological and physiological function and enhance the short distance running performance. The mechanism of the results were theoretically discussed.
