本文研究的结果表明：血尿素与运动量和运动员的机能状况密切相关，训练后血尿素的变化能敏感地反映机体对训练负荷的适应能力和训练后的恢复状况，在训练实践中，血尿素可作为对运动员进行医务监督的一个可靠指标。

Blood urea value is related with exercise amount and physiological situation. The blood urea value after training can sensitively reflect body's recovery from fatigue and adaptation to training. The blood urea value can be used as a reliable index in medical monitoring for canoeists.
