摘要
本文对科技期刊的审稿现状进行了分析，对科技编辑在审稿中的学术作用以及如何提高科技编辑的学术作用进行了理论探讨。
The present situation of going over manuscripts for scientific and technologic journals was analyzed. What role the scientific editors should play in going over manuscripts and how to enhance the editors' academic function were discussed.
