摘要
黄腰胡蜂（Ｖｅｓｐａａｆｆｉｎｉｓ）是一种社会性群居生活的膜翅目（Ｈｙｍｅｎｏｐｔｅｒａ）昆虫，以其它昆虫为食。本文记叙了福建东部地区该种胡蜂的出入蜇时间、筑巢、育虫、捕食等生活习性以及人工管理的基本方法，并探讨了作为农林害虫天敌利用的可能性．
Vaspa affinis is a social insect in community life (Hymenoptera, Vespoidae). It feeds on other insects,and chiefly on Lepidoptera insects. We studied its living hadits and characteristics in the eastern area of Fujian, such as the time of dormancy,nesting, larva-feeding and preying. This paper also approaches the possibility of its utilzation as the natural enemy of pests in crops and forests.
