摘要
本报告通过对1978年以来中国粮食供需现状的研究，认为80年代以来，中国粮食的总量供需基本平衡略有结余，但由于种种原因，当前中国粮食存在年际间生产不稳定，地区间发展不均衡，品种结构不合理等问题，在一定时期、一定区域、一些品种上表现为供需失衡。从粮食供需的发展变化来看，今后实现粮食供需平衡的难度将越来越大。为实现粮食供需平衡，本报告从生产、消费两个方面提出了宜采取的对策建议。
The paper considers China's grain supply and demand have been balanced generally since the 1980s,but because of some unsteadiness of grain production between years, regions and varieties, there has been imbalance between grain supply and demand in some regions,some years and some varieties. So in the future it will become more difficult to realize the balance between grain supply and demand. In the paper,some countermeasures to resolve the difficulties is suggested
