Among the repeatedly occuring refugee problems in South Asian countries is perhaps minor one, the Bhutanese forced into Nepal because of certain of complicated causes. But the issue has had decisive impacts on the two countries in some way. Recently both of the Nepalese and Bhutanese governments open negotiations in order to take effective steps as early as possible.
