摘要
藏书建设工作是图书馆工作的核心内容，高校图书馆必须遵循“革命化、年轻化、知识化、专业化”的原则组配队伍，才能培养出具有实际工作能力，宽阔知识领域和高尚职业道德的图书馆工作人员。
The construction of collection of books is key content of the work in libraries. Organizing and assigning troops of colleges' librarians should follow the principle of more revolutionary, younger, better educated and more professionally competent to cultivate the librarians with practical work abilities and broad knowlege field as well as noble professional moralities.
