摘要
涉及云贵川三省的重庆经济协作区基本上代表了长江上游经济带,具有若干经济特征。本文论述了对长江上游经济带的再认识和对重庆经济协作区再发展的若干颇具新意的观点和建议。
The chongqing economically-coordinated region, cpvering Sichuan, Guizhou and Yunnan, can basically represent the economic zone along the upper reaches of Changjiang, which bears a couple of economic characteristics. So this paper puts forward discoveries and suggestions on reevaluating this zone and further developing the region.
