Reconsideration on the Causes That Accounted for the Evolution in USSR

本文认为，包括苏联在内的一些社会主义国家发生演变的带有规律性的“三部曲”是：敌对势力打着“民主”的旗号，先搞乱意识形态，然后乱中夺权，最后恢复资本主义经济制度。导致苏联演变的主要原因，是外部西方和平演变战略的实施和苏联共产党内部出了问题。自８０年代中期起，苏共倡导的人道的民主社会主义路线，不仅逐渐改变了党的性质，放弃了社会主义基本原则，偏离了改革的正确方向，而且在国内外敌对势力夺权的步步进逼中，束缚自己的手脚，一味退让，终于演变成了党被解散、国家被解体的剧变悲剧。

Abstract The trilogy of peaceful evolution in some former socialist countries. including USSR, is as follows: First,the antagonists mess up ideology in the name of democracy. Then they take over the power, and finally restorecapitalist economic system. In the case of the soviet Union the major causes are both external and internal:peaceful evolution strategies carried out by the West, and problems arisen from inside the Party. The natureof the Party was then gradually changed by a humane democratic socialist ideology started around the middleof 1980s. resulting in the Party's giving up basic principles of socialism, and altering the correct direction ofreform. All this restrained social progress and finally led to the disintegration of the Soviet Communist Partyas well as the Soviet Union.
