摘要
对大强度训练的兔肌注AAS,3周后通过对跟腱、屈趾肌腱的应力松弛、蠕变及滞后特性的测试,发现AAS对肌腱的粘弹性产生明显的影响,表现为蠕变、应力松弛减小,滞后环和滞后加大。由于这些变化,可能会增加肌腱在剧烈运动中受伤的易感性。
Rabbits were put in an electric cage with high voltage and were made to dojump and run exercise for 360 times daily. After 21 days of exercise and anabolic steroidstreatment,the biomechanical tests on viscoelastic properties of rabbit Achilles and flexortendons showed that the creep and stress relaxation decreased and the linear slope and e-lastic module,hysteresis increased. It is obvious to show that the changes in viscoelasticproperties disturb the normal functions of tendons,which makes tendons susceptible todamage in intensive sports training and competitions.
