摘要
在长时间游泳一般运动负荷、运动超负荷及压力超负荷的SD大鼠心肌肥大模型上,观察了大鼠血流动力学、心肌力学及心肌组织学结构的变化。结果表明,无论是运动超负荷还是压力超负荷,心肌结构均发生缺血缺氧性损伤;心肌收缩性能与舒张性能均呈下降趋势,心脏发生病理性变化。提示运动性心脏的生理病理与病理性心脏有着某种类似的变化机制。左室压力瞬时加速是评价心肌收缩性能的一项较为敏感的指标。
Chamges in hemodynamics,myocardiac mechanics and myocardiac histologyare observed on the myocardial hypertrophy models of SD rats under conditions of mod-erate exercise loading, overloading and pressure overloading respectively in long--termswimming. Results showed that under either exercise overloading or pressurd overloading,ischemic and anoxic injuries were caused to the myocardial strucrure, both the my-ocardial contractility and diastolic property tended to decline,and pathological changes ofheart occurred. It indicates that there is some kind of similar changing mechanism be-tween physic--pathology of sports heart and pathological heart. Besides.left ventriculard^2p/dt^2 is a rather sensitive index in evaluating myocardial contractility.
