摘要
本研究对中长跑运动员4周大运动量训练后机体神经内分泌的变化进行了观察。结果表明,4周强化训练后安静状态下,血浆ACTH、GC、β-EP、SS、PRL水平提高;ACTH、GC、β-EP、SS、GH对逐级递增运动负荷试验的反应性低下;同时伴有下丘脑—垂体—性腺轴功能下降。本研究提示,大运动量训练造成的神经内分泌机能失调中下丘脑起主导作用。
The neuroendocrine system dysfunction in middle- and long- distance runners was caused following 4 weeks intensive training.Significant increases in plasma ACTH, GC,β-EP,SS and PRL concentrations at rest were noted,as compared with the beginning of the training season,The responses of ACTH,GC,β-EP,SS and GH in plasma were not markedly changed after incremental treadmill running test at the end of the training season.Meanwhile,the functional changes of hypothalamic-pituitary-gonad axes were observed after 4 weeks intensive training.The results suggest that hypothalamic dysfunction play an important role in the disturbance of neuroendocrine function.
