摘要
12名男大学生以4种不同强度的恒定负荷在跑台上持续运动10min,测定运动前、运动时第5、10min以及休息5min后静脉血β-内啡呔(β-EP)、血乳酸的水平以研究二者对运动强度、运动时相的反应。结果表明:本实验所给负荷均能使血浆β-EP明显升高,在一定强度范围内,随时间延长升高也越明显,当强度达90%VO<sub>2</sub>max时,随运动时间延长血浆β-EP反而出现下降的趋势,血浆β-EP升高出现在开始运动后5min内,但各负荷组之间血浆β-EP无明显的强度差异(P】0.05);相反,血乳酸具有明显的强度差异(P【0.05),但与血浆β-EP无明显相关(r=0.808,P】0.05)。本研究提示:恒负荷运动时血浆β-EP在一定范围内具有强度依赖性,其可能的强度阈值为60%VO<sub>2</sub>max;血浆β-EP与血乳酸之间无明显的因果关系;与血浆β-EP相比,血乳酸水平能更好地反映恒负荷运动时运动强度、运动时间对机体机能的影响。
Twelve college-aged men exercised on a treadmill at 60%,70%,80%,and 90% VO_2max for 10min,to determine the effects of exercise intensity on plasma beta-endorphin and blood lactate,the time-phase for alternation in beta-endorphin and blood lactate and the relationship between them,The results indicated that the possible intensity threshold for increasing beta-endorphin was at 60% VO_2max during constant treadmill work;compated with plasma beta-endorphin,blood lactate was a bettet index in reflecting the effects of intensity and time-phase on physical functions during exercise.
