摘要
发现不同负荷运动引起鼠骨骼肌线粒体镁含量的变化趋势基本一致,表现为运动后即刻线粒体镁含量下降,运动后24小时仍保持较低水平,48小时后基本恢复。大负荷运动对线粒体镁含量的影响更为明显。结果提示,急性运动后线粒体镁含量的下降可能与运动性骨骼肌疲劳有关。
Changes of mitochondrial magnesium (Mit Mg)in rat skeletal muscles after 100 and 200 minutes running were studied.It was found that the two kinds of exercise loads showed similar changing tendencies;Mit Mg values decreased immediately after running and were still lower 24 hours later,but recovered 48 hours after exercise.More obvious changes of Mit Mg values were also observed after 200 minutes running.The results suggested that Mit Mg changes might be related to exercise induced fatigue of skeletal muscles.
