Rural Out-migration and Rural Development in China

农村劳动力大量外流,是在中国特定历史背景和社会经济条件下的一种非农化和城市化的权宜现象,对农村发展产生的影响是多方面的。本文从中国农村劳动力外流发展状况综述出发,分析了外流的动力机制,归纳评述了劳动力外流影响的正负效应,并对劳动力外流与农村发展作了一定的对策分析。

The massive out-migration of rural labor force, a makeshift to non-agriculturalization and urbanization in China's specific historical and socioeconomic context, has a great and multidi-mension influence on rural development. Based on a review of the development of rural out-migration in China, this paper has examined motivations and positive and negative effects of the out-migration. Countermeasures with respect to rural outmigration and rural development are also discussed.
