摘要
本文以Moire条纹公式推证为基础,分析计算了常规加网、RTS加网以及OPTI三种加同参数配置下一次及二次干扰性条纹的周期和方向,用以比较三种加网技术在两色、三色及四色网点叠印后可能出现干扰性结构的状况。通过实际加网实验加以验证后,得到了相当吻合的结果。
Based on analogism to Moire-pattern fomula, in this paper the param.eter-setting of the three screening technologies (i. e' the conventinal screening, the RTS: Rational Tangent Screening and the OPTI screening) was analyzed and calculated, in order to find periods and directions of the primary and secondary interference patterns, so as to compare the interference structures of these three technologies appeared after two, three and four process-color dots overprinted. After laboratary check in actual screening and printing process, coincident result was obtained.
