摘要
社会主义市场经济的发展为我国的企业文化建设提出了更多的要求和新的课题。CI战略是一种与现代市场经济相适应的文化制胜战略。企业适时导入CI战略,并将其纳入到企业文化建设的整体规划中,可为企业文化建设的发展开辟一条新的道路。
The development of Socialist Market Economy poses a new problem and more demands for the Enterprise Culture Construction of our country. CI Strategy is a culture subduing one which is adapted to modern market economy. If an enterprise leads it in at the right moment and brings it into line with the integrated planning of the Enterprise Culture Construction, a new way of the development of Enterprise Culture Construction will surely be opened up.
