Opinion on Transportation Investment──Concerning Trans-century Projects in Various Places

本文针对各地纷纷提出修建跨世纪交通工程的设想，从各项目建设的可能性、“引致投资最大化”原理、交通项目投资的基本规律等方面作了分析、论述与例证，认为这些项目目前还不是我国交通投资的重点，应加强规划。

This essay focuses on the plans of trans-century projects intransportation put forth around the country. Analysis, discussion and case demonstrationare conducted on the feasibility of these-projects, on the principle of 'leading to maximum investment', and on the basic rules governing the investment on communications.The conclusion is that these projects are not important so far in China's transportationinvestment and, therefore, the control thereon should be strengthened.
