中国传统治道之源──对《论语》中政治管理思想的现代诠释

The Origin of Traditional Chinese Governance

跨世纪的中国正面临着政治管理模式的转变。奠定传统治道基础的《论语》，对中国政治管理模式影响至深。本文从现代政治管理学角度对此进行了分析。作者认为，尽管孔子治国思想中不可避免地带有浓厚的人治主义色彩，但其中仍不乏现代政治管理模式的生长点：其一是“德治”中蕴涵的人道管理观念；其二是“礼制”中包含的制度化权力机制；其三是“正名”中体现的合法性权威原理；其四是“中庸”里孕育的有限性政府行动原则。

Contemporary China is confronted with changes in its governance.The analects, which is the origin of traditional Chinese thoughts on governance,exerts a profound influence on China's political governing pattern.This paper tries to analyze its influence from the standpoint of modern governance.The author argues that though Confucius'ideas of political governing has a strong flavor of the rule by man as opposed to the rule by law,it nevertheless bears some relation to modern governance.1)“Humaneness”(ren) in The Analects contains the idea of humane governance.2) Confucius'“ritual”(li) accommodates the mechanism of state-society institutionalization.3)“The rectification of names“(zheng ming) in The Analects reflects the principle of authority legitimization.4) The Confucian“mean”(zhong yong) adumbrates the principle of the limits of government action.
