本文总结了现阶段计划生育工作的一些特点和新形势对计划生育工作提出的新要求，对在全国计划生育工作先进地区开展优质服务试点的思路与主要内容进行阐述与讨论。

In this paper, some characterstics of current family planning work are summarized, and new demands arising from new situation for family planning work are highlighted. More importantly , the design, directions, and contents of quality service experiment in the advanced areas of family planning work are discussed.
