现代社会道德合理性基础论证──兼及中国现代化运作中的道德问题

Foundations of Moral Rationality in Modern Society

现代社会的道德合理性基础问题是现代伦理学研究的中心课题之一。本文从一种道德社会学角度提出并分析了中国现代化运作中道德合理性基础的危机与论证问题。作者选取了近年出现的“红太阳现象”和“村霸现象”作为典型个案予以分析，并系统考察了现代社会道德解释图式的五种主要理论，在个案研究与历史理论分析的基础上，结合中国现代社会的基本特点，综合性地论证了中国现代社会之道德合理性基础，提出了三个方面或三个步骤的道德合理性基础建设的思路。

The foundations of moral rationality in modern society are a major concern of modern ethics.This paper raises and analyses questions about the crisis in and demonstration of the foundations of moral rationality in China's modernization drive from the viewpoint of a moral sociology. The author analyses the' red sun phenomenon' and the'village bully phenomenon' as typical examples in a case study, and makes a survey of five major theories for a graphic analysis of morality in the modern society. On the basis of both case study and theoretical analysis, and in the context of the fundamental characteristics of modern Chinese society, this paper demonstrates comprehensively the foundations of moral rationality in modern Chinese society and suggests three aspects or three steps in the construction of the foundations of moral rationality.
