On Acquisition and Processing of Information about Specialized Talent Forecast

专门人才预测是制定教育规划的基础.为提高预测的准确性.应在定量预测技术中注重信息采集和处理两个环节.本文用实例论述了人才预测信息采集的注意点,信息指标的内涵外延,以及处理人才预测信息数据的方法.

Specialized talent forecast provides the basis for formulation of the education programme. In order to improve its accuracy, special attention must be paid to information acquisition and processing in the quantitative forecast technique. In this paper examples are given to illustrate the points worthy of attention in information acquisition, the connotation and extension of information index and some methods for data processing.
