The author deals some problems concerning the development of hous-ing profession,improvement of residents lodging and realization of well-to-do housing target under the socialist market economy inaccordance with the present development of economy and land and housing status.Emphasis is laid on the price of house which is key to prevention of commodity house from being on the way to the market.
