In vievv of less investment from the Government and the decreased percentage of the teaching facilities charge in the total expenditure of a unveristy,the author deals with the problem about making the less investment produce maximum economic efficency in teaching and scientific research and puts forward some approaches to improved investment efficiency in planning and purchasing.Finally examples are given to illustrate their importance.
