初论工科研究生工程技术研究能力的培养

On Cultivation of Engineering Post-graduates' Ability to Research Engineering

根据科学技术发展的历史和现状,论证了工程技术在国民经济发展中的重要作用;通过分析国外理工院校研究生的培养现状和我国经济建设对人才的需求,提出了以培养工程技术研究能力为重点的工科研究生培养目标以及相应的若干措施.

Based on history and present situation of development of science and technology, it is proved that science and technology plays an important role in development of national economy. By analysing the present situation of foreign university of science and technology in cultivation of post-graduates and the demands for gualified personnel in national economic construction, this paper puts forward the objective of cultivation of engineering post-graduates with emphasis laid on cultivation of the ability to do research in the field of engineering and some measures.
