A Function that has been Neglected

本文认为经济特区具有一个长期被人们忽视了的功能，即共同富裕的“带动”功能；由于经济发展的非均衡规律和劳动力价值实现程度的差异，共同富裕只能是一个永远不会完结的过程。

The author points out a function of SEZs which has long been neglected, i.e. the function to promote joint-prosperity. Owing to the law of non-equilibriun in economic development andto the difference of labor value, joint prosperity represents a never-ending process.
