摘要
在NH4Cl-NH·H2O介质中,铜与水杨基萤光酮、溴化十二烷基甲基苄铵形成紫红色三元配合物,最大吸收波长580nm,表现摩尔吸光系数ε580为1.13×105L·mol-1.该法灵敏度高,操作简便,重现性、选择性好,并应用于铁矿石中微量铜的测定,结果尚佳。
In NH4Cl-NH3. H2O buffer medium copper with salicyl fluorone-DDM-BA form purplish red complex. The composition of complex is Cu(Ⅱ ): SAF=1: 2.The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex is 580 nm and the apparent molar ab-sorptivity at 580 nm is 1.13×105 L. mol- 1. cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed for copper in therang of 0~2. 5 ug/25 ml. The method has been applied to the determination of copper ironore with satisfactory results.
