摘要
本文介绍了以计算机强大的信息处理功能为基础,综合运用传统语音、IP电话、电子邮件、传真等多种通信手段,融计算机技术、网络技术和通信技术于一体,建立的以呼叫中心为基础的电力综合业务服务系统。实践证明:该系统运行稳定,有很好的发展前景。
The introduction of this issue makes basis for the functions with handling computer powerful information ,synthesize to apply various communication means, traditional speech sound , IP telephone, Email, Facsimile, etc, melt computer technology, network technology and communication technology, so as the service system of electric power integrated business is based on Call center. The practice proves that the systematic not only operates stabilize but also has very good genetical prospect.
