穆尼河盆地油气勘探潜力及投资建议

摘要 西非几内亚湾近期随着宽扎盆地盐下勘探取得进展,对同属于Aptian盐盆的穆尼河盆地的盐下潜力引起关注;中石油(CNPC)、中海油(CNOOC)分别与2006年5月和2010年获得该盆地S和M区块的部分权益,但是至今一直没有取得进展;中石化是否也要择机介入?通过盆地石油地质条件研究和分析油气分布规律,结合勘探历史分析以及USGS的预测,认为穆尼河盆地勘探潜力有限;通过公司分析及近10年交易,表明投资方皆对超深水勘探区块持谨慎态度。建议中石化慎重进入该区域投资。
