振动能量采集器拾振结构的有限元方法选型

摘要 欲在某型三轴机床基座上安装电磁式振动能量采集器,基于折形悬臂梁弹簧能量采集器中平面弹簧的形式,提出其它几种平面弹簧的基本构型,并用CATIA软件绘制出三维实体模型。导入到ANSYS软件中建立了几种平面弹簧的三维有限元模型,通过对其进行动力学模态分析,分别求出几种弹簧的前几阶固有频率和振型,作为在结构设计过程中使得机床基座的激励响应尽量靠近弹簧系统固有频率的理论参考,以获得具有较高采集性能的能量采集器。最后对选出的结构进行谐响应分析,进一步验证选择合理性。
