椎间盘镜治疗老年腰椎管狭窄症53例分析 被引量:3

摘要 腰椎管狭窄症是老年脊柱退行性疾病中的常见病,非手术治疗很难取得较好效果,手术治疗的目的是解除患者下肢神经压迫症状。传统开放手术创伤较大、出血多、术后卧床时间长、破坏结构多易导致腰椎不稳、椎管内粘连及手术并发症多,老年患者器官系统功能老化合并多种老年病,手术耐受能力较差,故患者难于接受开放手术。随着脊柱微创手术技术的发展,
