摘要 简要介绍了Cu(InxGa1-x)Se2(CIGS)薄膜太阳电池的结构特点,阐述目前其吸收层材料CIGS薄膜典型制备方法的特点、研究应用现状及发展趋势;提出了目前CIGS薄膜太阳电池实现大规模商业化应用存在的问题,并对其发展进行展望。 简要介绍了Cu(InxGa1-x)Se2(CIGS)薄膜太阳电池的结构特点,阐述目前其吸收层材料CIGS薄膜典型制备方法的特点、研究应用现状及发展趋势;提出了目前CIGS薄膜太阳电池实现大规模商业化应用存在的问题,并对其发展进行展望。
