摘要 血管内皮功能紊乱是动脉粥样硬化(atheroselerosis AS)发展过程中的早期阶段,可导致具有胰岛素抵抗特征的心脑血管疾病.胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)是2型糖尿病基本的临床发病机制,也是肥胖、代谢综合征等一系列代谢紊乱疾病的标志之一,而这些疾病又具有内皮功能紊乱的特征.内皮功能紊乱可促使动脉粥样硬化的发生发展. 血管内皮功能紊乱是动脉粥样硬化(atheroselerosis AS)发展过程中的早期阶段,可导致具有胰岛素抵抗特征的心脑血管疾病.胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)是2型糖尿病基本的临床发病机制,也是肥胖、代谢综合征等一系列代谢紊乱疾病的标志之一,而这些疾病又具有内皮功能紊乱的特征.内皮功能紊乱可促使动脉粥样硬化的发生发展.
