癫痫发作和氧化应激的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 癫痫是一种常见的慢性神经疾病,其发病机制尚不完全明确,常需要长期的抗癫痫药物治疗,部分难治性癫痫的治疗也很棘手.在世界范围内约有七千万癫痫患者,在不同人群中癫痫的发病率大约是0.45%~0.817%.童年时期起病的癫痫患者有较高的死亡风险,除与本身疾病相关之外,也包括突然不可预料的死亡.近年来,有越来越多的证据表明癫痫发作与氧化应激有着密切的联系.拟对癫痫发作与氧化应激之间关系以及抗氧化、抗癫痫治疗的研究进展进行综述. 癫痫是一种常见的慢性神经疾病,其发病机制尚不完全明确,常需要长期的抗癫痫药物治疗,部分难治性癫痫的治疗也很棘手.在世界范围内约有七千万癫痫患者,在不同人群中癫痫的发病率大约是0.45%~0.817%.童年时期起病的癫痫患者有较高的死亡风险,除与本身疾病相关之外,也包括突然不可预料的死亡.近年来,有越来越多的证据表明癫痫发作与氧化应激有着密切的联系.拟对癫痫发作与氧化应激之间关系以及抗氧化、抗癫痫治疗的研究进展进行综述.
