铁掺杂对(Na_(0.5)K_(0.5))NbO_3无铅压电陶瓷性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Fe Doped on Performance of(Na_(0.5)K_(0.5))NbO_3 Lead-free Ferroelectric Ceramics

摘要 采用传统陶瓷工艺对(Na0.5K0.5)NbO3进行了铁掺杂改性研究。使用SEM、XRD并结合常规性能测试手段对该体系的显微结构、压电性能进行了表征。研究结果表明:对于(Na0.5K0.5)NbO3无铅压电陶瓷,Fe的掺杂提高了致密性、使晶体颗粒长大、降低了介电性能。 采用传统陶瓷工艺对(Na0.5K0.5)NbO3进行了铁掺杂改性研究。使用SEM、XRD并结合常规性能测试手段对该体系的显微结构、压电性能进行了表征。研究结果表明:对于(Na0.5K0.5)NbO3无铅压电陶瓷,Fe的掺杂提高了致密性、使晶体颗粒长大、降低了介电性能。
