浅谈临床护理带教的体会 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨提高护理实习生临床实习的教学效果。方法通过规范行为及带教组织,严格带教师资的准入,制定完整的教学计划及方案,对护生实施入科评估,采取个性化的一对一带教及多方面的培训计划、不断的改进带教方法,对护生实习效果进行评价。结果实施规范化临床带教提高了护生对带教的总体满意度,提高了学生的综合能力及带教老师自身素质。结论规范化实习带教使临床护理带教质量有了明显的提高。而且对学生的心理素质及业务素质也得到满意的效果,使护生圆满完成实习计划。
