虽然目前经济增长速度出现回落,经济增长的预测目标下调,但纵观我国经济增长和通货膨胀的基本运行态势,大多数专家和学者仍对我国经济发展持乐观态度。应以"稳中求进"方针为指导,注重经济总量的"质"和"量"的平衡发展,并以经济结构调整和体制机制创新为突破口,解决经济社会中长期积累的深层次矛盾,为我国经济长期平稳发展提供动力,着力实现"十二五"时期"高质量产出和通胀的双重稳定增长"。

Despite economic slowdown and lowered growth rate forecast,the majority of experts and scholars are still optimistic about China's economic prospects by looking at the current economic operation and inflation conditions. We should follow the guiding principle of 'progress while maintaining stability,' pay equal attention to the 'quality' and 'quantity' of the economy,take advantage of economic structural adjustment and innovation in systems and mechanisms,and resolve deep-seated conflicts in the economy and society. Thus,we can give impetus to the long-term and stable economic development of our country and strive to achieve 'steady growth in high quality output and inflation.'
