海洋秩序和大陆秩序是两种代表性的地缘秩序思想。由于英美海洋秩序的支配,导致过去欧亚大陆秩序建设受到忽视和抑制。大陆秩序力量的释放会对世界政治和国际体系转型产生重要的影响,以此可以看出美国重返亚太的局限所在。依陆向海的地缘特点和优势,决定了中国可以在欧亚大陆的协同与整合上发挥重要作用。亚洲秩序建设需要在欧亚大陆合作的大背景下进行思考,注重价值体系、制度体系、生产体系、知识体系的构建。

The marine and continental orders are two representative ideas of geopolitical order.The longterm dominance of the sea by US and UK has led to the outcome that the building of Eurasia continental order is ignored and inhibited.If continental order forces are at play,they will have a significant impact on world politics and the transformation of the international system.This enables people to find out the shortcomings of America's return to the Asia-Pacific.Due to China's geographical feature of leaning against land and embracing the sea,which is also an advantage,it determines that China can play an important role in coordinating and integrating the Eurasia continent.The building of Asian order must be considered under the background of Eurasian cooperation and give priority to establishing system of values,production system and knowledge system.
