Influences on and Challenges to China by Japan's Ocean Strategy

日本通过制定《海洋基本法》、构建海洋法律体系,不断发展和充实海洋战略。其表面号称"实现开发利用海洋与保护海洋环境的和谐",实则是为实现圈海目标、牵制中国。面对日本咄咄逼人的海洋攻势,我们不但要充分重视、引以为鉴,而且要积极应对,尽快制定符合我国国情、满足国家经济发展和安全保障需要的海洋战略,保护海域开发,捍卫我国的主权。

By enacting the Ocean Basic Law and establishing a system of ocean-related laws,Japan has constantly developed and expanded its marine strategy.In the name of 'realizing development of marine resources while protecting the marine environment,' Japan actually intends to preoccupy sea areas and contain China.In face of Japan's aggressive offensive from the sea,we should not only take that seriously,but respond actively,formulate China's own marine strategy that accords with its conditions and satisfies the needs of economic development and national security,protect open sea,and defend the sovereignty of our country.
