腹部带蒂皮瓣修复急诊手外伤的术后护理

Postoperative nursing care of emergency hand injury reparation with abdominal pedicle skin flap

目的:探讨腹部带蒂皮瓣移植修复急诊手外伤的临床护理方法。方法:对83例急诊手外伤应用腹部带蒂皮瓣修复的术后患者,通过严密观察血液循环、心理护理及断蒂前后功能锻炼等有效护理干预,进行回顾性分析,总结护理经验。结果:83例患者腹部带蒂皮瓣均顺利成活并断蒂,手部功能、外形恢复良好。结论:重视腹部带蒂皮瓣术后的观察和护理,尤其血液循环观察,是皮瓣移植成功的有力保证。

[Objective] To explore the clinical nursing method of the emergency hand trauma repair with abdominal pedicle skin flap.[Methods] 83 cases of emergency hand trauma repaired with abdominal pedicle skin flap,which were provided effective nursing intervention from the close observation of blood circulation,psychological nursing and function exercise before and after pedicle division,were retrospectively analyzed and the nursing experience was summarized.[Results] 83 cases of patients with abdominal pedicle skin flaps were survived and their pedicles were divided successfully.And their hand function and shape recover very well.[Conclusion] The importance of abdominal pedicle flap and postoperative observation and nursing,especially of blood circulation of the skin flap transplantation,is a powerful guarantee for success.
