“结”式铺床法在神经内科病房的应用

The clinic use of the node bed method in the neurology ward

目的:探讨"结"式铺床法相对于传统铺床法在神经内科病房应用的优点。方法:对40例神经内科患者在入院后分别采用"结"式铺床法作为实验组和传统铺床法作为对照组进行平均铺床时间、维持时间、压疮发生率、满意度方面的比较。结果:实验组平均铺床时间,压疮发生率少于对照组,维持时间和满意度评分高于对照组。结论:采用"结"式铺床法代替传统铺床法,不仅减少了护士工作量,提高了工作效率,并能很好地保持病床的整洁度,预防压疮,提高了患者的满意度。

[Objective] To assess the difference between the node bed method and the traditional bed method.[Method] 40 cases of patients in our neurology ward were divided into two groups.One group accepted the node bed method,and another group accepted the traditional bed method.We assessed them from the time,maintenance time,the rate of pressure sore and satisfaction score.[Result] The node bed method has the advantages of short time,long maintenance time and good score in satisfaction.[Conclusion] The node bed method can reduce the workload of nurses and pressure sore of the patients and improve the work efficiency and satisfaction of the patients.
