摘要
目的:通过运用免疫组化染色和黏液特殊染色2种染色方法,对同一张胃镜活检标本进行PAS和CK的双重染色,提高胃镜活检标本的利用率以及微小癌灶的检出率。方法:选取本院2010年胃镜诊断胃黏膜重度非典型增生和各型腺癌标本134例,在同一张切片上先实行PAS染色,然后实行CK染色,其结果与H-E染色进行比较。结果:中性黏液PAS染色胞浆呈紫红色,胞核呈蓝色;胃腺癌细胞质CK阳性,呈棕黄色,双重染色阳性116例,H-E染色阳性100例,χ2检验分析,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:双重染色在胃镜活检黏膜中的应用可以有效提高胃镜活检标本的利用率和早期胃癌的检出率,值得在广大基层医疗机构推广。
[Objective] By using immunohistochemistry and mucoid special staining,a gastroscope biopsy specimens were dyed by the CK and PAS to improve the utilization rate of the gastroscope biopsy specimens and the detection rate of small cancer lesion.[Method] Specimens from 90 patients diagnosed as adenocarcinoma in 2010 were dyed first by immunochemistry and then by mucoid special staining.[Result] Cancer cells are tan-yellow in the CK positive;Cytoplasm is purple and the nucleuses appear blue in the neutral mucous PAS staining.[Conclusion] Application of double dyeing technique in endoscopic biopsy mucosa can be effectively improved the utilization ratio and tiny cancer detection rate.It is worth applying in the basic-level hospital.
