一线带教教师的教学建议与卫生信息管理专业教学改革 被引量:1

摘要 目的:调查卫生信息管理专业一线带教教师对人才培养方案的建议,为该专业人才培养方案的修订和专业教学改革提供依据。方法:用分层整群随机抽样方法,调查全省42家医院信息相关科室335名带教教师对卫生信息管理专业的教学建议。结果:84.5%的带教教师认为该专业职业岗位课程的学时数应等于或大于基础课程,80.9%的教师认为职业岗位课程的实践学时数应等于或大于理论学时数,63.6%的教师认为可适当缩短专业实习时间,77.6%的教师认为精品课程建设可以提高教学质量。结论:目前我校该专业的职业岗位课程、职业基础课程学时比例、职业岗位课程理论/实验学时数比例合理,今后可考虑缩短专业实习时间,同时加强精品课程建设,不断提高专业人才培养质量。 [Objective] To investigate the advice of internships' instructors on the cultivation of health information management to provide some basis for the training plan reform of this major.[Method] 335 internships' instructors in 42 hospitals in Zhejiang province were selected by Stratified random sampling method and their teaching advice on the major were collected.[Result] 84.5% of the instructors thought that the class hour of occupational courses should not weigh less than that of basic courses.80.9% of the instructors thought that the class hour of practice should not weigh less than that of theory.63.6% of the instructors thought that the internship time can be shortened.77.6% of the instructors thought that excellent courses can improve the teaching quality.[Conclusion] Generally,the class hours of occupational and basic courses are reasonacle,and the proportion of practice and theory class of occupational course is good.Some measures such as cutting down on the internship hour and strengthening the excellent course can be taken to further improve the training quality of professional talents
