浅谈儿科学临床实习面临的负面因素及改进措施

Problems and countermeasures for clinical internship of pediatrics

本文从医学生自身、教师管理、医疗环境和儿科特殊性等角度分析了当前儿科学临床实习教学中面临的负面因素;提出了强调儿科学的重要性、改进教学方法、加强管理及积极寻求政策支持等改进措施。

Clinical practice is an important stage in medical education.This paper discusses several negative factors,including students themselves,teachers and managers,medical environment,and specificity of pediatrics,which may affect the quality of pediatric internship.The effective countermeasures consist of emphasizing the importance of pediatrics,improving teaching methods,and enhancing management.In addition,the quality of internship will benefit from some adjustments in policies and laws.
