The application of daytime target educational method in clinical teaching in the operating room

摘要 目的:讨论日目标教学在手术室带教中的应用及教学效果。方法:将2007年7月至2008年5月的56名学生作为对照组,采用传统的带教方法。将2008年7月至2011年4月的240名学生作为实验组,采用日目标带教,同时记录2组的出科考试成绩。结果:手术室4周实习结束时进行出科考核,实验组的成绩优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:日目标教学应用于手术室带教,与传统教学相比,能获得更好的教学效果,对提高学生理论、技能水平有显著意义。 [Objective] To investigate the application and effects of daytime target educational method in operating room.[Method] 56 students who received traditional teaching method from July 2007 to May 2008 were divided into control group.240 students who received daytime target educational method from July 2008 to April 2011 were divided into experimental group.The scores of test on completion of the course of these two groups were compared.[Result] ICompared with control group,the experimental group had higher scores(P<0.01) after 4 weeks' practicing in operating room.[Conclusion] Daytime target educational method can be applied in clinical teaching in operating room and has better effect than trantional teaching method.It can improve students' theory knowledge and practical operation skills.
